Why this is shared

The reason is your consent: you asked for the link. That is the UK GDPR ground this sharing would rely on. Unlink withdraws it. Withdrawal stops new activity being shared. It does not delete your LandTheRole account, and it does not by itself delete the copy the organisation already holds — you can ask them to delete that.
